ISO认证　光伏行业准入认证标准有望明年出台

ISO certification of photovoltaic industry access certification standard is expected to be introduced next year

日前，国务院常务会议部署确定5项政策措施，明确提出鼓励光伏企业淘汰产能，促进光伏产业发展。

Recently, the State Council executive meeting of the deployment of 5 policy measures, clearly put forward to encourage the PV enterprises out of production capacity, promote the development of photovoltaic industry.

12月23日，中国光伏产业联盟副秘书长高宏玲对外表示，各部委正在等待国务院的分工，制定一个行业准入认证标准。

据高宏玲透露，该认证标准的指标包括企业研发能力、生产规模和国内外市场的占有率、知识产权的拥有量等。

如果企业不能符合这些认证标准，将不能获得银行贷款，也不能上新项目。

此标准制定工作会很快进行，现在已经是12月底，明年应该很快有分晓。

业界相关人士认为，对光伏企业有约束作用的产业准入认证标准出台后，多家企业或面临淘汰。

The industry relevant personage thinks, the photovoltaic enterprises have introduced industry access authentication standard constraint effect, many enterprises or face elimination.

光大证券一项研究报告预计，国家政策导向明确，光伏进入去产能通道，行业春天可期，未来6~9个月，光伏行业有望迎来实质性的产能收缩期，超过1GW的中大型产能退出。
