近日，ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 43第四届全会暨脑机接口科技创新与标准化国际会议在天津举行。
Recently, the Fourth Plenary Session of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 43 and the International Conference on Brain Computer Interface Technology Innovation and Standardization were held in Tianjin.
大会期间举行了全开放的脑机接口科技创新研讨会。国内外顶级专家共同探讨脑机接口技术的最新进展和未来趋势。彰显全球科技和医疗领域中女性影响力的特别议程——“她”论坛，邀请与会的杰出女性科研工作者进行专题讨论与交流，为会议增添了靓色。备受瞩目的青年标准化知识竞赛吸引了全国各大顶尖高校学生的积极参与，成为大会的一个亮点。大会的ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 43全会标准化会议采用国际惯例半封闭式，国家市场监督管理总局标准创新管理司IEC处徐全平调研员出席开幕式并代表国家标准委(SAC)发表致辞。
During the conference, a fully open seminar on brain computer interface technology innovation was held. Top domestic and foreign experts jointly explore the latest progress and future trends of brain computer interface technology. The "She" Forum, a special agenda to showcase the influence of women in the global technology and healthcare fields, invites outstanding female researchers to participate in thematic discussions and exchanges, adding a touch of color to the conference. The highly anticipated Youth Standardization Knowledge Competition has attracted active participation from students from top universities across the country, becoming a highlight of the conference. The ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 43 Plenary Session Standardization Conference of the conference adopts the international practice of semi closed format. Researcher Xu Quanping from the IEC Department of the Standard Innovation Management Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech on behalf of the National Standards Commission (SAC).

At the opening ceremony of the conference, Liu Bochao, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, emphasized the new tasks faced by information technology standardization in the new era in his speech, and put forward work suggestions from three aspects: standard guidance, scenario driven, and open win-win.

Bian Shouchuan, Secretary General of Tianjin Association for Science and Technology, expressed the importance and support of Tianjin Association for Science and Technology on international standardization of information technology, and expressed that Tianjin Association for Science and Technology, Tianjin Concept Verification Center, and Pilot Platform Consulting Committee hope to work together with all sectors to further strengthen the support and leading role of standards in improving the scientific and technological service system and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
中国医学科学院生物医学工程研究所(简称医工所)党委书记王向华介绍了医工所作为医疗器械领域国家级研究平台，聚焦脑机为代表的生物医学电子交叉融合领域，在国家医疗器械创新体系核心基地建设和一流学科建设方面取得的积极进展。医工所将深化与ISO/IE国际专家们的交流合作，为推进脑机接口国际标准化做出新的努力，展现国家级研究平台的担当。
Wang Xianghua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute of Biomedical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (referred to as the Institute), introduced that as a national research platform in the field of medical devices, the Institute focuses on the cross fusion of biomedical electronics represented by brain computers, and has made positive progress in the construction of the core base of the national medical device innovation system and the construction of first-class disciplines. The Institute of Medical Technology will deepen communication and cooperation with ISO/IE international experts, make new efforts to promote international standardization of brain computer interfaces, and demonstrate the responsibility of national research platforms.
会议专家论坛邀请了来自中国、美国、德国、意大利、印度、韩国等国的13位专家围绕脑机接口技术演进、产品研发、互操作性、商业化、场景应用、科技伦理治理等方面作了主题报告。
The conference expert forum invited 13 experts from China, the United States, Germany, Italy, India, South Korea and other countries to give keynote speeches on the evolution of brain computer interface technology, product research and development, interoperability, commercialization, scenario application, and technological ethics governance.

The "She" forum of the Jingyan Conference invites outstanding female researchers to participate in thematic discussions and exchanges. 本次会议由中国电子技术标准化研究院、中国医学科学院生物医学工程研究所联合举办，浙江大学、南湖脑机交叉研究院、华为公司协办。来自中国、美国、德国、印度、韩国、意大利、日本、澳大利亚等国60名ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 43国际专家，以及来自相关企业、科研院所230余名代表参加了会议。
This conference is jointly organized by the China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization and the Institute of Biomedical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, with the collaboration of Zhejiang University, Nanhu Brain Computer Cross Research Institute, and Huawei. 60 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 43 international experts from China, the United States, Germany, India, South Korea, Italy, Japan, Australia and other countries, as well as more than 230 representatives from relevant enterprises and research institutes, attended the conference.
