国际标准化组织中医药标准化技术委员会（以下简称ISO/TC249）第三次会议日前在韩国召开，中国、澳大利亚、加拿大、德国、意大利、日本等14个成员国参加。国家中医药管理局、国家标准化管理委员会围绕ISO国际标准项目这一主要议题，提交了10个项目会议讨论。

会上，中国、韩国、德国、加拿大4国提出了共23个工作项目提案。其中，我国“针灸针”和“人参种子种苗”2项已立项的ISO国际标准提案经会议讨论，顺利进入委员会草案阶段；“艾灸具”、“电针仪”、“煎药机”、“传统药材重金属限量标准”、“中药材基本名词术语”、“中草药编码系统”等6个新项目，已进入国际标准的提案阶段，将经31个成员国投票表决是否成为ISO国际标准项目；中医药基本名词术语标准和中医药术语集构架标准（临床术语部分）2个项目，将继续完善再做讨论。

随着中医药国际贸易活动日趋频繁，中医药国际标准化成为克服国际技术壁垒、促进中药产品国际竞争力的有效途径。自ISO/TC249成立以来，我国积极参与相关的国际标准化工作，2010年承办了ISO/TC249第一次会议，2011年参加了在荷兰召开的第二次会议。目前，我国涉及的国际标准领域涵盖了中药材、中药产品、中医药器械、中医药信息等方面。

中国中医科学院中医临床基础医学研究所作为ISO/TC249国内技术对口单位，主要职责包括组织中方新工作项目提案的申报、ISO注册专家审核和申报、技术指导、统筹协调组织专家开展ISO/TC249工作等。
