日前，国际环保纺织协会发布了最新版本的OEKO-TEX Standard 100纺织品有害物质检验的测试标准和限量值要求。相关规定将于 2013 年 4 月 1 日起生效。据国际环保纺织协会的中国官方代表TESTEX瑞士纺织检定公司介绍，未来将对每个颁发的 OEKO-TEX 认证进行明确记录，以便定期通过企业审计对带有 OEKO-TEX标签的物品进行合规性检查。
Recently, the test standard international Oeko-Tex Association released the latest version of OEKO-TEX Standard 100 textile testing of hazardous substances and limit value requirements. Relevant rules will take effect on April 1, 2013. According to the international Oeko-Tex Association of Chinese official representative of TESTEX Swiss textile testing company, the future will be for each certification issued by the OEKO-TEX clearly record, so that through the regular audit compliance check with OEKO-TEX tagged items.

未来将对候选认证纺织品中新增8种多环芳烃（PAH）成分进行检查。此外，在产品级别I中将现有苯并（a）芘极限量值调整为0.5 mg/kg，所有其它PAH的累计限量值调整为5 mg/kg。

属于高度关注物质（SVHC 物质）类的二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）根据REACH法规被列入受监管溶剂清单。限量值为 0.1 %。

- 辛基酚，壬基酚，辛基酚-（1-2）-羟乙基物和壬基酚-（1-9）-羟乙基物累计为500 mg/kg（相当于纺织物重量的0.05 %）
- octylphenol, nonylphenol, octylphenol - ( 1-2 ) - hydroxyethyl and nonylphenol - (1-9 ) - hydroxyethyl matter accumulated 500 mg/kg ( equivalent to 0.05% of the weight of the fabric )
这些极限值为OEKO-TEX的“危险化学品零排放（ZDHC）”倡议提供了有力支持。通过企业审计的方式，进一步提高OEKO-TEX系统中的企业对于辅助材料中所含危害环境物质的灵敏度。
