食品HACCP 体系认证我国将实施2013年国家食品安全风险监测计划

根据卫生部２５日公布的２０１３年卫生工作要点，我国将实施２０１３年国家食品安全风险监测计划，食品污染物及有害因素监测至少覆盖５０％的县级行政区域。

要点指出，２０１３年，卫生部将以粮食、蔬菜、肉、乳、婴幼儿食品和非法添加物等为重点，实施２０１３年国家食品安全风险监测计划。

同时完善食源性疾病管理制度，规范食源性疾病监测、报告和食品安全事故流行病学调查工作。

根据２０１３年卫生工作要点，今年我国将加快食品中致病微生物限量标准等基础标准的制修订，加强食品安全风险评估工作，适时发布食品中非法添加物“黑名单”，完善相关检验方法。

为加强卫生监督体系建设，２０１３年我国卫生监督协管服务的覆盖率将扩大到９０％以上，确保实现量化分级管理率的住宿场所和游泳场所达到１００％，美容美发场所达到５０％以上，集中空调通风系统卫生监督覆盖率达到５０％以上，中小学校卫生监督覆盖率达到８０％以上。
