2013年1月18日，2012年度全国质量技术突出贡献者交流研讨会在北京钓鱼台国宾馆隆重召开。会议对荣获2012年度中国质量协会质量技术突出贡献奖特别奖、质量技术突出贡献奖的先进个人进行了表彰并颁奖。中国质量协会名誉会长陈邦柱、中国质量协会会长贾福兴、工业与信息化部科技司副司长沙南生、中华全国总工会经济技术部副部长查学明、中国质量协会副会长兼秘书长戚维明、中国质量协会副秘书长段一泓等领导，地方质协、行业协会和各行业（部门）质量技术项目负责人出席了会议。
