ISO质量认证　国家质检总局发布2012年有关质量工作情况

2013年1月28日，质检总局召开新闻发布会，通报了2012年有关质量工作情况。

在国内制造业产品质量方面，2012年共抽查18791家企业生产的20355种产品，批次抽样合格率为89.8%，同比上升2.3个百分点。

本年度抽查的大、中、小型企业数分别占抽查企业总数的13.3%、21.1%和65.6%，批次抽样合格率分别为96.7%、93%和87.2%，同比基本持平。

在特种设备方面，2012年特种设备万台死亡率为0.517，与2011年相比，下降13.11%。全国共发生各类特种设备事故228起，死亡292人，受伤354人，与2011年相比，事故总起数减少47起，下降17.09%；死亡人数减少8人，下降2.67%。

事故原因主要是特种设备安全意识不强、管理制度不落实和违章作业。

在执法打假和12365投诉举报方面，全国质检系统共出动执法人员257万人次，查处各类违法案件17万起，涉案货值金额达68亿元，查办大案要案2347起，向公安机关移送案件1716起，端掉制假窝点9660个；2012年，12365系统共受理业务110余万件，其中有效业务68.63万件。有效业务中，咨询62.77万件，占91.5%。
