ISO energy-saving related draft international standard ( CD ) seminar held
2013年1月14至16日，中国电科院用电与能效研究所应全国能源基础与管理技术标准化委员会（SAC/TC20）的邀请，参加了ISO节能相关国际标准草案（CD）研讨会。
In 2013 January 14 to 16, China Electric Power Research Institute of electricity and energy research institute the national energy infrastructure and Management Technology Standardization Committee ( SAC/TC20 ) invitation, attended the ISO energy-saving related draft international standard ( CD ) seminar.
会上，与会专家就国际标准化组织能效和可再生能源术语项目委员会（ISO/IEC/JPC2）、能源管理技术委员会（ISO/TC242）、节能量技术委员会（ISO/TC257)己形成的《能效术语》等7项国际标准草案（CD）展开热烈讨论。用电与能效研究所结合多年在能效测评与节能技术领域的研究与实践经验，重点对能效术语的规范性、节能量计算和报告方法学及能源绩效在电网企业的应用等方面提出了修改意见和建议。
On the meeting, the participating experts on International Organization for standardization of energy efficiency and renewable energy term project committee ( ISO/IEC/JPC2 ), energy management Technical Committee ( ISO/TC242 ), energy saving Technical Committee ( ISO/TC257 ) has formed the " term " energy efficiency 7 draft international standard ( CD ) discussed. In the years of energy efficiency and energy-saving technology research and practical experience combined with the electricity and energy efficiency research, focusing on energy efficiency in terms of normative, energy saving calculation and reporting method and energy performance of the power grid enterprise applications and other aspects of the amendments and suggestions.
随后，与会专家组对《能效术语》、《节能量计算和报告节能量的方法学框架》等7项国际标准草案（CD）形成中方反馈意见，会后将提交ISO相关标委会。
Subsequently, the expert group on the " terms ", " energy efficiency energy saving calculation and report the amount of energy saving methodology framework of " 7 draft international standard ( CD ) to form the feedback, ISO standard will be submitted after the meeting.
