2012年12月4-7日国际电动摩托车标准研究工作组会议在深圳召开，江苏淮海电动车作为国内唯一整机厂企业参与此会，并讨论“淮海”起草于2012年6月提交到全国汽车标准化技术委员会秘书处的《电动三轮轻便摩托车通用技术条件》行业标准，与会专家一致通过给予立项，同时正式吸纳“淮海”为电动摩托车标准研究工作组成员。
