　　HSE管理体系应在何时进行内部审核，对各部门或各要素的审核以多少为宜，这就是需要讨论的时机和频次问题。

　　内审一般可以分为例行的常规审核和特殊情况下的追加审核两类。

常规审核按预先编制的年度审核计划进行，往往是定期对一个或几个部门或要素进行审核，每年应覆盖所有部门（或要素）至少一次或两次。
