安全支持性措施(Supportive Safe Measures,SSM)是指除关键控制点外,为满足食品安全要求所实施的预防、消除或降低危害发生可能性的特定活动。
Support safety measures (SSM) refers to the specific activities to prevent, eliminate or reduce the possibility of hazard occurrence in order to meet the requirements of food safety in addition to critical control points.
SSM是组织按照国家相应的法律法规,结合自身条件并根据其在食品链中所处阶段可能实施的具体计划,如:良好农业(含水产养殖)规范(GAP);良好操作规范(GMP);良好卫生规范(GHP);良好分销规范(GDP);良好兽医规范(GVP);良好零售规范(GRP)。其中对食品加工企业来说,良好操作规范(GMP)是最主要的安全支持性措施。
SSM is a specific plan that the organization may implement according to the corresponding national laws and regulations, combined with its own conditions and according to its stage in the food chain, such as: good agricultural practice (including aquaculture) practice (GAP); good practice (GMP); good hygiene practice (GHP); good distribution Practice (GDP); good veterinary practice (GVP); good retail practice (GRP). SSM方案(Supportive Safe Measures Programs)是指控制已确定危害发生的安全支持性措施的实施和有效运行的方案。
SSM (supportive safety measures programs) refers to the implementation and effective operation of safety supporting measures to control the occurrence of identified hazards.
