  《新资源食品管理办法》已于2006年12月26日经卫生部部务会议讨论通过,现予以发布,自2007年12月1日起施行。

                                                      第一章 总  则
The first general chapter is
   第一条 为加强对新资源食品的监督管理,保障消费者身体健康,根据《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》(以下简称《食品卫生法》),制定本办法。
Article 1 in order to strengthen the new resources of food supervision and management, safeguard the health of consumers, according to" people's Republic of China" ( hereinafter referred to as the" Food Sanitation Law" ), make this way.
   第二条 本办法规定的新资源食品包括:
Second the provisions of the new resources of food including:
   (一)在我国无食用习惯的动物、植物和微生物;
( a ) in China without eating habits of animals, plants and microorganisms;
   (二)从动物、植物、微生物中分离的在我国无食用习惯的食品原料;
( two) from animals, plants, microorganisms were isolated in China without eating habits of food raw materials;
   (三)在食品加工过程中使用的微生物新品种;
( three) in the process of food microorganisms using new varieties;
   (四)因采用新工艺生产导致原有成分或者结构发生改变的食品原料。
( four) for the introduction of new technology production leads to the original composition or change the structure of food raw materials.
   第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定,对人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
Third new resources of food should be consistent with the" Food Sanitation Law" and relevant laws, regulations, standards, on the human body may not produce any acute, subacute, chronic or potential health hazard.
   第四条 国家鼓励对新资源食品的科学研究和开发。

   第五条 卫生部主管全国新资源食品卫生监督管理工作。县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门负责本行政区域内新资源食品卫生监督管理工作。

The local people's government at or above the county level health administrative departments in charge of the administrative areas of the new resources of food hygiene supervision and management work.
                                               第二章 新资源食品的申请
The second chapter of new resources of food application
   第六条 生产经营或者使用新资源食品的单位或者个人,在产品首次上市前应当报卫生部审核批准。

   第七条 申请新资源食品的,应当向卫生部提交下列材料:
