联合国派遣专家到建瓯市传授ISO22000认证食品安全知识

21日，为期两天的联合国工业发展组织（UNIDO）和国际标准化组织（ISO）在中国的食品安全援助项目“食品安全管理体系（ISO22000）知识培训”第六期免费培训班在建瓯举行。

　　我省是联合国工业发展组织（UNIDO）和国际标准化组织 （ISO）在中国的食品安全援助项目的全亚洲首个试点培训省份，此次培训也是该项目首次走进闽北，来自明良食品、建瓯天添食品等37家闽北食品企业的54名代表参训。

　　此次培训由中国检验认证集团福建有限公司承办，联合国工业发展组织指派的食品专家陈锴先生授课，培训的内容主要涵盖了国际食品安全现状及食品安全的重要性、食品安全危害及控制措施、食品企业GMP要求和卫生控制要求、ISO22000标准、中国食品安全法及其相关法律法规等。参训企业将有望获得免费认证服务。
This training by the China Certification & inspection group Fujian limited company undertakes, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization assigned food expert Chen Kai lectures, training mainly covers the international status of food safety and the importance of food safety, food safety hazards and control measures, food enterprise GMP and the health control requirements, the ISO22000 standard, Chinese food safety law and other related laws and regulations. Participating enterprises is expected to receive free certification services.
