1、实验室认可的对象

　　　任何愿意获得中国国家认可的从事校准和／或检测工作的实验室都可以申请认可。
Anyone willing to obtain the China National Accreditation in calibration and / or testing laboratories can apply for accreditation.
2、实验室认可的目的
2, laboratory accreditation purposes
　　　①向社会各界证明获准认可实验室（主要是提供校准、检验和测试服务的实验室）的体系和技术能力满足实验室用户的需要；

　　②促进实验室提高内部管理水平、技术能力、服务质量和服务水平，增强竞争能力，使其能公正、科学和准确地为社会提供高信誉的服务；

　　③减少和消除实验室用户（第二方）对实验室进行的重复评审或认可；

　　④通过国与国之间的实验室认可机构签订相互承认协议（双边或多边互认）来达到对认可的实验室出具证书或报告的相互承认，以此减少重复检验，消除贸易技术壁垒，促进国际贸易。
