CCC认证通用申请指南为了使申请人方便、高效地到中国质量认证中心申请CCC认证。

　　（一） 新申请的提交
( a ) new application submission
　　目前中国质量认证中心受理CCC认证申请是通过网络在线和书面两种方式（主要以网络在线为主）；在线申请（第一次）时需要在网站上注册用户www.cqc.com.cn ，成为合法用户。注册时，需要详细填写用户信息，这样可以简化以后再次申请所填信息；注册成功后网络将自动提供申请人所需认证有关公开性文件、申请指南、其他资料信息。

　　在进行申请时可根据申请的情况来填写申请书：

　　1．CCC证书是根据需要来选择中文、英文版本，因此需要用正确的简体中文、英文填写申请书；国内申请人需要英文的认证证书，境外申请人需要中文的认证证书时，要求申请人准确翻译有关内容。

　　2．申请人同时申请CCC＋CB或CQC＋CB认证时，只要在CQC网络上选择CCC+CB或CQC+CB即可同时提交两份申请书。申请CB时需注意填写翻译准确的英文信息。

　　6．初次申请：由于初次申请需要进行工厂审查，因此填写申请书

　　时应选择“首次申请”，在备注栏中注明需要进行《初次工厂审查》、希望工厂审查时间。

　　7．再次申请：再次申请不需要进行工厂审查，因此填写申请书

　　时应选择“再次申请”，在工厂编号栏中填上相应的编号。

　　8．变更申请：变更申请是在获证基础上对产品进行改变，因此填写申请书时应填写原证书编号，获得新证书时需要退回原证书。

　　9．派生产品申请：派生产品与已获证产品为同系列的，同一安全单元的产品。填写申请书时应注意在备注栏中填写与原产品的差异尤为重要，这样可以有助判断出是否需要进行送样进行型式试验。
