关于产品认证模式,目前各认证机构均有自己的表述方式，CNAS认可证书中认证模式的表述方式也不尽相同。同样的认证模式，其文字的表述不完全一样,因而造成一些理解不一致。如对企业现场检查的描述有：“初始工厂检查、工厂现场审查、初次工厂审查、企业现场检查和工厂审查”等。另外部分产品认证机构的认证模式还使用了认可规范内容以外的描述方式，如自我符合性声明、安全性评估、环保认证和产品安全性能检验等，对此国家认监委认可部也提出了相关调整的意见。

　　CNAS秘书处将按照以上统一表述的认证模式为已获认可的认证机构换发认可证书附件，并且在今后的受理、评审和评定工作中按照本文的认证模式表述方式实施。如果发现与本文所述的认证模式有不一致的情况，CNAS秘书处将进行必要的研究以决定是否受理并在评审和评定中给以特别关注。
