5.7.1 生产现场管理和生产过程控制 　　企业应加强生产现场安全管理和生产过程的控制。对生产过程及物料、设备设施、器材、通道、作业环境等存在的隐患，应进行分析和控制。对动火作业、受限空间内作业、临时用电作业、高处作业等危险性较高的作业活动实施作业许可管理，严格履行审批手续。作业许可证应包含危害因素分析和安全措施等内容。
