企业建设项目的所有设备设施应符合有关法律法规、标准规范要求；安全设备设施应与建设项目主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用。

企业应有专人负责管理各种安全设备设施，建立台账，定期检维修。对安全设备设施应制定检维修计划。 　　设备设施检维修前应制定方案。检维修方案应包含作业行为分析和控制措施。检维修过程中应执行隐患控制措施并进行监督检查。
