Enterprises need to meet the following conditions in order to obtain the integrity management system certification certificate GB/T31950-2015:
1、企业必须是经合法注册或备案的组织形式，如法人、合伙人、责任公司、有限公司、股份制公司等。
1. Enterprises must be legally registered or registered organizational forms, such as legal persons, partners, liability companies, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, etc.
2、企业必须能够证明其立意经营和实际经营都与诚信有关，诚信意识显著，企业文化积极倡导诚信。
2. Enterprises must be able to prove that both their intended and actual operations are related to integrity, with a significant awareness of integrity, and a positive corporate culture that advocates integrity.
3、企业必须要有一套完整、科学、合规的诚信管理体系，并严格执行和落实。

4、企业必须要披露自己的诚信信息，与相关企业和社会公众建立良好的信息交流平台和公信力，并能够进行诚信风险管理和控制。
4. Enterprises must disclose their integrity information, establish a good information exchange platform and credibility with relevant enterprises and the public, and be able to manage and control integrity risks.
5、企业必须能够自愿接受和配合认证机构的审核和维护要求，并进行必要的沟通和协调。
5. Enterprises must be able to voluntarily accept and cooperate with the audit and maintenance requirements of certification agencies, and engage in necessary communication and coordination.
