1. 依法登记注册的企业法人和其他经济组织;

2. 企业成立已满二年或以上，近二年均有主营业务收入，企业处于持续经营状态(即无利润亏损)，非即将关、停的企业;

2. The enterprise has been established for two years or more, has the main business income in the past two years, is in the state of continuous operation (i.e. no profit loss), and is not an enterprise to be closed or stopped;

3. 该企业单位无信用不良记录及违规违法行为记录;

3. The enterprise has no record of bad credit and illegal behaviors;
