有机产品认证制度，将从2014年4月1日起实行统一的认证目录、标准、认证实施规则和认证标志。为加强有机产品认证管理，维护消费者、生产者和销售者合法权益，进一步提高有机产品质量，国家质检总局昨天公布新版《有机产品认证管理办法》，该办法适用于境内从事有机产品认证以及获证有机产品生产、加工、进口和销售活动。

办法明确，有机配料含量(指重量或者液体体积，不包括水和盐)等于或者高于95%的加工产品，在获得有机产品认证后，方可在产品或者产品包装及标签上标注“有机”字样，加施有机产品认证标志。认证机构不得对有机配料含量低于95%的加工产品进行有机认证。
The method is clear: for processed products with organic ingredient content (weight or liquid volume, excluding water and salt) equal to or higher than 95%, the word "organic" can be marked on the product or product package and label, and the organic product certification mark can be applied after obtaining the organic product certification. The certification body shall not carry out organic certification for the processed products with the content of organic ingredients less than 95%.
