1、审查费：按国家计委、财政部（计价格[1999]1707号文）的规定，收取生产许可证审查费（含证书费、差旅费、资料费），每个企业2200元，同一次审查每增加一个申请单元产品增收440元。

3、产品检验费：按产品生产许可证实施细则和物价管理部门核定的收费标准，由企业向检验单位交纳。

除以上费用外，任何部门和单位不得借生产许可证之名向企业收取其他费用，对乱收费的部门和单位，企业有权拒绝并向有关部门举报。
