2.3.1高等教育经历

申请人应符合下列高等教育经历要求：

The applicant shall meet the following requirements of the higher education experience:

a) 大学本科以上学历，或大专学历及相应专业中级以上技术职称;

A) Bachelor degree or above, or college degree and the corresponding professional intermediate or above technical title;

b)高等教育专业学科要求详见附录A(适用时)。

2.3.2.1申请人应符合下列工作经历要求：

a) 实习审核员申请人无工作经历要求;

A) the applicant has no work experience requirements;

b) 本科以上学历审核员申请人应具有至少4年工作经历，大专学历申请人应具有至少20年工作经历;

B) Bachelor degree or above, the applicant should have at least 4 years work experience, college degree applicants should have at least 20 years working experience;

c) 主任审核员申请人应具有至少20年工作经历。

2.3.2.2满足CCAA注册要求的工作经历应在取得相应学历后，在负有判定责任的技术、专业或管理岗位获得。研究生学习经历可按50%计算工作经历。

a) 实习审核员申请人无专业工作经历要求;

A) the applicant has no professional work experience requirements;

b) 本科以上学历审核员申请人应具有至少2年专业工作经历，大专学历申请人应具有至少15年专业工作经历，该专业工作经历能够使申请人获得有效地进行相应领域管理体系审核所需的专业知识;

B) Bachelor degree or above in auditor applicants should have at least 2 years experience in professional work, college degree applicants should have at least 15 years of professional work experience and the professional work experience to enable the applicant to obtain effectively for the corresponding field management system audit required professional knowledge;

c) 主任审核员申请人应具有至少15年从事认证认可或相应领域专业工作的经历。

C) the director of auditors shall have at least 15 years experience in the field of certification and accreditation or related field work.

注：申请人应提交专业工作经历证明，相应领域专业工作经历要求见附录A。

2.3.3.2专业工作经历可与工作经历同时产生。

2.3.4.1实习审核员、主任审核员注册申请人无审核经历要求

以实习审核员的身份，作为审核组成员在审核员以上注册资格人员的指导和帮助下完成至少4次相应领域完整体系审核，现场审核经历不少于15天。现场审核应覆盖相应领域认证标准所有条款。

2.3.4.3当申请人具有CCAA某一认证领域审核员或强制性产品认证检查员以上注册资格时，可减少1次完整体系审核和5天现场审核经历。

2.3.4.3 when the applicant has a CCAA certification in the field of auditors or mandatory product certification inspector above registration qualification, can reduce the 1 complete system audit and 5 days of on-site audit experience.

2.3.4.4所有审核经历应当在申请前3年内获得，并取得覆盖GB/T19011标准 7.2.3.2 a)条款的满意的现场见证评价结论。推荐机构应指派本机构审核员以上级别人员，对申请人实施现场审核见证并对申请人个人素质、审核技能和个人基本信息出具见证和担保意见。

2.3.4.4 all audit experience should be obtained within 3 years before the application, and obtain coverage of GB/T19011 standard a 7.2.3.2) terms of the site to witness the conclusion of the evaluation. The recommendation institution shall appoint the personnel of this institution to audit the above level, and provide the witness of the applicant's on-site audit and the applicant's personal quality, audit skills and basic information.

2.3.4.5可接受的审核经历

2.3.4.5 acceptable audit experience

a) 第三方审核经历，应从CNCA批准的认证机构获得;境外的第三方审核经历，应从与我国有互认协议关系的认证机构获得;

A third party audit experience, from the CNCA approved certification bodies; experience outside of the third party audit, certification bodies should be with our country mutual recognition agreement relationship;

b) 第二方审核经历，应从CCAA承认的二方审核机构获得。

B) second party audit experience, should be recognized by the CCAA two party audit institutions.

2.3.5主任审核员注册申请人资格经历要求

2.3.5 director auditor registration applicant qualification requirements

a)取得相应领域审核员注册资格6年以上;

A) to obtain the appropriate field auditors registered for more than 6 years;

b)全面掌握管理体系认证的基础理论和专业技术知识,并在某一方面有较深入的研究，熟悉相关专业的专业理论知识;

B) fully grasp the basic theory and technical knowledge of management system certification, and in a certain area have more in-depth research, familiar with the relevant professional theoretical knowledge;

c)取得一定数量的省部级以上科研技术成果，至少应包括：

C) to obtain a certain number of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological achievements, at least, should include:

1)作为主要起草者，参与制订国家标准2项以上或行业标准4项以上;

1) as the main drafting, participate in the formulation of national standards for more than 2 or more than 4 industry standards;

3)在国家一级刊物发表论文2篇以上，或在行业核心刊物上发表论文4篇以上;

4)其他可以证明具备个人能力要求的文件和材料(必要时)。
