政府质量奖　我国已有23个省份设立政府质量奖

Government quality award, China has 23 provinces the establishment of Government Quality Award

截至2012年底，全国共有23个省（区、市）、90个市（地、州）设立了政府质量奖，有25个城市成为首批“全国质量强市示范城市”，13个工业园区成为首批“全国知名品牌创建示范区”，以质取胜战略取得新的进展。

近年来，我国质量宏观管理取得重要进展。2012年2月，国务院印发《质量发展纲要（2011－2020年）》，提出了未来10年我国质量发展的目标；

据悉，在质量激励考核方面，国家质检总局已推动16个省（区、市）将质量工作纳入政府绩效考核。

经严格考核，全国重点推介的出口食品农产品质量安全示范区从55个增加到90个。

为督促企业落实质量主体责任，国家质检总局去年共培训首席质量官2142人，全国共有900余家大中型企业建立了首席质量官制度。

To urge enterprises to fulfil quality responsibility, State Quality Inspection Administration last year training chief quality officer 2142 people, there are more than 900 medium-sized enterprises established a chief quality officer system.

首席质量官受企业法定代表人或主要负责人授权，对本企业质量工作全面负责，行使质量安全“一票否决权”。

Chief quality officer by the enterprise legal representative or principal responsible person authorized, fully responsible for the quality of the enterprise, the exercise of quality and safety " one-vote veto ".
