安庆市政府召开质量强市活动领导小组第一次会议。会议学习了国务院《质量发展纲要（2011-2020年）》、《安徽省人民政府关于开展质量强省活动的意见》，审议并原则通过了《安庆市质量强市实施意见》、《安庆名牌管理办法》、《安庆市企业质量信用等级评定管理办法（试行）》。安庆市质量强市活动领导小组组长、副市长万士其出席会议并讲话，市质量强市活动领导小组各成员单位负责同志参加会议。

    会议指出，建设质量强市是加快转变经济发展方式，提高发展质量和效益的战略举措；是提升群众生活品质，促进社会和谐进步的迫切需要；是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会，实现协调可持续发展的必然要求。各地、各有关部门要敢于自加压力，善于探索创新，在宏观上紧扣全市转型升级的总体要求，在微观上紧贴各地、各领域质量提升的实际需求，主动设计有效的工作载体，积极打造有力的工作抓手，把质量强市建设各阶段的指标落实到具体的举措上。

    会议要求，各级、各部门要加强组织领导，形成整体合力。各行业主管部门尤其是涉及产品、工程、服务和环境四大领域的质量建设部门要抓紧建立完善相应的领导和推动机构，定期分析质量工作形势，及时研究解决工作中碰到的重点、难点问题。要强化目标考核，狠抓责任落实，以责任考核推动工作稳步有序开展。要加强宣传引导，努力营造政府重视质量、企业追求质量、社会崇尚质量、人人关注质量的良好社会氛围。
