拟定年度审核计划
Draw up annual audit plan
一般一年编制一份年计划，一年内将所有部门、要素都至少覆盖一次，最好是覆盖两次或以上，对重要的和问题较多的部门可适当增加。
Generally, an annual plan shall be prepared once a year. All departments and elements shall be covered at least once a year, preferably twice or more. Departments with important and more problems can be appropriately increased.
编制内审计划注意集中审核和滚动审核相结合。
The preparation of internal audit plan shall focus on the combination of centralized audit and rolling audit.
组成审核组
Form audit team
设组长一名，组员若干名，由管理者代表任命，需注意审核的独立性。
One team leader and several members shall be appointed by the management representative. Attention shall be paid to the independence of audit.
安排实施计划
Arrange implementation plan
明确部门还是条款要求为审核顺序，明确具体安排。
Make clear whether the department or clause requirements are the audit sequence, and make clear the specific arrangement.
收集有关文件并审核
Collect and review relevant documents
质量体系文件是否符合相关标准要求

文件间是否有矛盾和冲突
