内审员由企业（组织）自己评选或任命，但需经培训合格对本企业（组织）较了解。
Internal auditors shall be selected or appointed by the enterprise (Organization), but they shall be trained and qualified to have a better understanding of the enterprise (Organization).
内审员的作用
