自2007年9月以来，国家质检总局、国家认可委等有关部门为贯彻全国质量工作会议精神，在全国范围内开展大规模认证有效性的拉网检查，检查的重点内容之一就是内部审核员必须具备资格证。

为满足各企、事业单位贯彻实施ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准的需要，避免在认证拉网式大检查中因内审员资格证而出现不必要的麻烦，为此特定于2012年2月举办三标合一内部审核员培训班，现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、培训对象：凡在企、事业单位从事质量管理、环境管理、职业健康安全管理工作的有关人员及证书已到期需换证的内审员均可参加；

二、授课教师：聘请国家注册高级审核员担任授课教师；

五、培训地点：成都市青羊区大墙西街

六、报到时间：各体系学习人员，请于培训开始当天上午8：20-8：50报到，每位学员请准备一张免冠一寸彩色照片。

八、培训收费及证书发放：

1.培训费：单体系600元/人、两体系800元/人、三体系1000元/人（含培训费、证书费、教材费、管理费等）请在报到时交费；
1 training fee: 600 yuan / person, single system two system 800 yuan / person, three system 1000 yuan / person ( including training fee, certificate fee, material fee, management fees etc.) please report fee;
2. 住宿费为130-150元/天(2人标间)，需住宿者请在报名回执上注明，以便提前安排

3.经考试合格后，由北京国英卓越技术培训中心（原北京新世纪认证有限公司培训中心）分别颁发相应内部审核员培训证书。
