        ISO22000:2005已由ISO(国际标准化组织)于2005年9月1日正式发布。该标准由ISO的来自食品行业的专家,通过与食品法典委员会、联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织紧密合作而产生。随着经济全球化的发展以及全世界人们对食品安全卫生的日益关注,生产、制造、操作和供应食品的组织逐渐认识到,顾客越来越希望这些组织具备和提供足够的证据证明自己有能力控制食品安全危害和那些影响食品安全的因素。
