8.1  一般规定

8.1 general provisions

8.1.1  施工企业应根据施工需要建立并实施建筑材料、构配件和设备管理制度。

8.2  建筑材料、构配件和设备的采购

8.2.1        施工企业应根据施工需要确定和配备项目所需的建筑材料、构配件和设备，并应按照管理制度的规定审批各类采购计划。计划未经批准不得用于采购。采购计划中应明确所采购产品的种类、规格、型号、数量、交付期、质量要求以及采购验证的具体安排。

8.3.1            施工企业应在必要时对供应方进行再评价。

8.3.2            对供应方的评价、选择和再评价的标准、方法、和职责应符合管理制度的规定，并保存相应的记录。

8.3.3            施工企业应根据采购计划订立采购合同。

8.3  建筑材料、构配件和设备的验收

8.3.4            施工企业应对建筑材料、构配件和设备进行验收。必要时，应到供应方的现场进行验证。验收的过程、记录和标识应符合有关规定。未经验收的建筑材料、构配件和设备不得用于工程施工。

8.4  建筑材料、构配件和设备的现场管理

8.4.1        施工企业应在管理制度中明确建筑材料、构配件和设备的现场管理要求。

8.4.2        施工企业应对建筑材料、构配件和设备进行贮存、保管和标识，并按照规定进行检查，发现问题及时处理。
