1. 收集与自身生产经营有关的法定要求（法律法规、强制标准、安全规范、集体合同、地方要求等）。

2. 对这些法定要求逐一评价，以确保自身经营肯定合法合规。并形成合规性评价报告。

3. 对有职业病危害岗位的，需要组织职业病危害因素评估和检测，并按要求组织职业病体检；特种设备安检；特种岗位人员持证上岗；危化品管理和危废处理（协议、转移联单）等。
