第一章 总 则

第一条 为了进一步贯彻落实“安全第一、预防为主”的方针，强化各级安全生产责任制，确保安全生产，特制定本制度。

第二条 企业法定代表人是本企业安全生产的第一责任人，应贯彻管生产必须管安全，谁主管谁负责的原则，企业的各级领导人员和职能部门，必须在各自工作范围内，对实现安全生产负责。

第二章 岗位安全生产职责

第五条 总经理安全生产职责

(1)认真贯彻执行国家安全生产方针、政策、法律、法规，把安全工作列入公司管理的重要议事日程，亲自主持重要的安全生产工作会议，批阅上级有关安全方面的文件，签发有关安全工作的重大决定，对本公司的安全生产工作全面负责；
