（1）按OHSAS18001标准要求树立文件化的职业安康安全管理体系

（2）OHSAS18001体系运转3个月以上，掩盖OHSAS18001标准的全部17个要素 　　
( 2) the OHSAS18001 system running more than 3 months, covering all 17 elements of OHSAS18001 standard
（3）遵守适用的安全法规，事估硐胪于同行业平均水平； 　　
( 3) compliance with applicable safety regulations, accident rate is lower than the average level of the same industry;
接受国度认可委授权的OHSAS18001认证机构第三方审核并获经过。
