【ISO15189认证】东阳市人民医院ISO15189 医学实验室落户东阳

从中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）获悉，东阳市人民医院检验科顺利通过了ISO15189实验室认可，成为我市首家获得医学实验室认可证书的实验室，标志着该实验室的检验结果实现了国际互认，出具的检验报告单不仅被国内各大医院认可，在世界医疗发达国家包括美、英、德、日、韩等63个国家的医院同样认可。据悉，东阳市人民医院是我省第一家获此认可的医院。
From the Chinese National Accreditation (CNAS) laboratory department was informed that, Dongyang City People's Hospital smoothly through the ISO15189 laboratory accreditation, to become the first city to receive a medical laboratory accreditation certificate of the laboratory, the laboratory test results of the marks achieved international accreditation, inspection report issued by a single not only recognized the domestic each big hospital, in the world medical developed countries including the US and UK, Germany, Japan, Korea and other 63 countries in the same hospital accreditation. Reportedly, Dongyang City People's Hospital in our province is the first received the approval of the hospital.
当前医学实验室的质量管理越来越受到重视，为此，国际标准化组织颁布了《医学实验室质量和能力专用要求》（即ISO15189）和《医学实验室执行ISO15189指南》。
The current medical laboratory quality management has been paid more and more attention, therefore, the international organization for standardization issued "medical laboratories particular requirements for quality and competence" (ISO15189) and "medical laboratories to implement the ISO15189 guide".
东阳市人民医院检验科自2013年7月正式启动ISO15189认可准备工作以来，严格按照 ISO15189规则进行检验科各检诊平台的质量体系改进，对全部仪器进行了定期规范校准，并派遣科组人员参加CNAS、CAP认可培训，仅用了一年半就达到了认可标准，通过了中国合格评定国家认可委员会的批准，获得了ISO15189认可的医学实验室资格。
Since the laboratory department of people's Hospital of Dongyang city since 2013 July officially launched the ISO15189 accreditation preparation work, improve the quality system inspection of all the examination platform in strict accordance with the ISO15189 rules, for all instrument for regular calibration, science group personnel dispatch and participate in the CNAS, CAP approved training, only a year and a half with the achieved recognition standard, through the Chinese national accreditation approval, has obtained the qualification accreditation of medical laboratories of ISO15189.
