第一、CCC标志购买方式

经过认证机构认证的申请人，可直接到CCC认证管理中心申请购买标志，须提供认证证书副本、申请书。代理购买CCC标志的单位或个人还须提供委托人的委托书。

第二、申请人可到国家CCC认证标志管理中心领取《购买标志申请书》或在我公司网站首页“资料下载”里下载或打印。

第三、 申请人购买的标志只限于在该标志号段对应的产品上使用，不能在其它产品上使用。

第四、申请人如未取得CCC强制认证证书，在2003年5月1日前，可以使用旧证书申请购买CCC认证标志。

申请购买标志时，应提供：
