1. 适用范围

　　本程序适用于CQC产品认证的全过程。
This procedure applies to the whole process of CQC product certification.
　　2. CQC产品认证的类型
2 CQC product certification type
　　CQC的产品认证活动涉及：国家授权的强制性产品认证(CCC)；IECEE-CB测试证书的颁发和认可；CQC标志认证，以及为出口提供技术服务的国际认证。
The CQC product certification activities related to: authorized by the state mandatory product certification ( CCC ); IECEE-CB test certificate and recognition; CQC certification mark, as well as for export to provide technical services for the international certification.
　　3. CQC产品认证的依据
3 CQC product certification basis
　　3.1 国家强制性产品认证按国家统一发布的标准目录执行。

　　3.2 颁发和认可CB测试证书的依据为中国对外声明所采用的IEC标准及相关标准的国家差异。

　　5. CQC产品认证的主要阶段
5 CQC product certification is the main stage
　　CQC产品认证分为六个阶段：

　　a. 产品认证申请；
A. Application for product certification;
　　b. 产品型式试验；
B. The product type test;
　　c. 工厂质量保证能力检查（颁发CB测试证书和CE符合性证书无此阶段）；
C. The factory quality assurance ability examination ( awarded the CB test certificate and certificate of conformity with the CE stage );
　　d. 认证结果评定及批准认证证书；
D authentication result evaluation and approval certificate;
　　e. 产品认证标志的购买及使用（颁发CB测试证书和CE符合性证书无此阶段）；
E product certification mark purchase and use ( awarded the CB test certificate and certificate of conformity with the CE stage );
　　f. 获证后的监督（颁发CB测试证书和CE符合性证书无此阶段）。
F. After obtaining the certificate of supervision ( issued by CB test certificate and certificate of conformity with the CE stage ).
　　6. 产品认证的基本程序

　　6.1 产品认证申请
6.1 applications for product certification
　　6.1.1 凡具有法人地位、并承诺在认证过程中承担应负的责任和义务的企业，均可作为“申请人”在网上或以书面向CQC产品处提出认证申请，并按要求提供有关资料。

　　6.1.2 CQC对申请资料进行评审合格后，将向申证企业发出“认证收费通知”和“送样通知”。

　　6.1.3 在确认申证企业已交纳认证费用后， CQC将向检测机构/CB/CE实验室下达测试任务。

　　6.1.4 申证企业接到“送样通知”后，应及时按要求将样品送交指定的检测机构/CB/CE实验室。检测机构/CB/CE实验室收到样品并确认无误后，通报CQC并开始按认证时限进行计时。
