上海出入境检验检疫局：注意识别进口玩具CCC标志

在6月9日世界认可日即将到来之际，为进一步加强强制性产品认证目录内玩具产品行政监管工作，“六一”儿童节期间，上海出入境检验检疫局联合上海市质量技术监督局，奔赴上海多个玩具卖场和大型儿童用品经营场所，对进口CCC认证玩具销售和使用情况进行现场检查。在检查中，执法部门发现一些商家在出售未获得强制性产品认证的儿童玩具，有的不适合14以下儿童使用的玩具年龄组标识不清，有的商家在经营场所提供未获得CCC认证的进口玩具。执法部门在要求有关商家将不合格的玩具下架的同时，对有关违法行为进行了查处。

　　我国自2007年6月1日起对童车类、电玩具、塑胶玩具、金属玩具、弹射玩具、娃娃玩具等6大类玩具产品实施强制性产品认证制度（布绒和木制等种类玩具暂未列入），简称CCC认证。获得认证的要求是：第一要对产品按照国家强制性标准进行检测，第二还会对玩具生产的过程进行现场的检查，只有检测和现场检查都合格，才会颁发CCC证书，玩具上才能使用CCC标志。
