清洁生产的观念主要强调三个重点

The concept of cleaner production mainly emphasizes three key points

（1）清洁能源。包括开发节能技术，尽可能开发利用再生能源以及合理利用常规能源。

(1) Clean energy. Including the development of energy-saving technology, the development and utilization of renewable energy as much as possible and the rational use of conventional energy.

（2）清洁生产过程。包括尽可能不用或少用有毒有害原料和中间产品。对原材料和中间产品进行回收，改善管理、提高效率。

(2) Clean production process. Including the use of toxic and harmful raw materials and intermediate products as little as possible. Recycle raw materials and intermediate products to improve management and efficiency.

（3）清洁产品。包括以不危害人体健康和生态环境为主导因素来考虑产品的制造过程甚至使用之后的回收利用，减少原材料和能源使用。

(3) Cleaning products. It includes taking no harm to human health and ecological environment as the leading factors to consider the manufacturing process of products and even the recycling after use, so as to reduce the use of raw materials and energy.
