近日，陕西中烟工业有限责任公司宝鸡卷烟厂组织开展了2014年清洁生产自我评价工作。
Recently, Shaanxi tobacco industry limited liability company of Baoji cigarette factory and organized the 2014 clean production self evaluation work.
依据《卷烟企业清洁生产评价准则》，工厂2014年清洁生产自评得分436分，较2013年（428分）提高了8分，继续保持清洁生产“AAAA”水平。其中，资源能源利用类指标保持满分200分；废弃物控制类指标在130分的基础上提高了6分；环境管理要求类指标提高了2分，首次达到满分100分。
Based on the "evaluation criterion" cigarette factory in 2014 of cleaner production in enterprises, clean production of self rating scores 436 points, more than in 2013 (428) increased 8 points, continue to maintain the clean production "AAAA" level. Among them, resources and energy utilization indicators remain out of 200 points; waste control index at 130 points basis increased 6 points; environmental management requirements index increased 2 points, to 100 points out for the first time.
提高项主要体现在两方面：一是废弃物控制项，锅炉二氧化硫排放浓度下降、单位产量二氧化硫产生量下降、生产车间粉尘浓度下降；二是环境管理要求项，通过开展能源审计，工厂资源能源利用及污染物产生在完成既定目标指标的基础上实现了再提高。
Improving the mainly manifests in two aspects: one is the waste control, boiler emissions of sulfur dioxide, sulfur dioxide concentration decreased unit yield decreased, production workshop dust concentration decreased; two is the environmental management requirements, through the development of energy audit, based on the completion of goals on the index achieved to improve plant resources utilization of energy and pollutants produce.
2015年，工厂将重点围绕废弃物控制方面开展相关工作：一是通过锅炉脱硫设施的正式运行，进一步降低锅炉烟尘和二氧化硫排放量；二是完善设备维护保养规程，进一步减少生产车间粉尘的产生；三是积极采用先进适用装备进行技术改造，有效控制生产车间噪声排放。
In 2015, the factory will be focused on work related waste control: one is through the formal operation of the boiler desulphurization facilities, further reducing the boiler soot and sulfur dioxide emissions; two is to improve the maintenance procedure and equipment, to further reduce the production workshop dust generation; three are actively using advanced equipment to carry out technical transformation, effective control of the production of noise emission workshop.
