中国-荷兰“安徽、云南四个行业推行清洁生产”合作项目
" China - Holland Anhui, four Yunnan industry to implement cleaner production" cooperation projects
      中国国家清洁生产中心和荷兰阿姆斯特丹IVAM环境研究所于1999年～2001年合作承担了荷兰政府资助的中国-荷兰“安徽、云南四个行业推行清洁生产”合作项目。
China national cleaner production center and the Holland IVAM Amsterdam Environment Institute in 1999 ~ 2001 cooperation to assume the Holland government funded" China - Holland Anhui, four Yunnan industry to implement cleaner production" cooperation projects.
      中国-荷兰“安徽、云南四个行业推行清洁生产”合作项目的主要内容为：
" China - Holland Anhui, four Yunnan industry to implement cleaner production" the main content of the project for cooperation:
       1、能力建设：培训地方清洁生产专家，从而协助企业识别、评估和实施清洁生产方案；                                                                                             
1: training, capacity building of local cleaner production experts, to help enterprises recognition, evaluation and implementation of cleaner production program;
       2、示范：在26家试点企业中实施清洁生产，并从中找出成功的案例；              
In 2, the demonstration: in 26 pilot enterprises to implement cleaner production, and find out the successful case;
       3、推广：开发四个行业自我审核指南，在45家企业中实际应用，制定中国推进清洁生产战略以及安徽云南两省的推进清洁生产战略。
3: development of the four industry, to promote self audit guide, in 45 enterprises in the practical application, the enactment of China to promote clean production strategy and Anhui two Yunnan province to promote cleaner production strategy.
      中国-荷兰“安徽、云南四个行业推行清洁生产”合作项目取得的主要成果为：
" China - Holland Anhui, four Yunnan industry to implement cleaner production" project achievement for:
      1、能力建设成果：培训了26名地方专家，其中包括试点行业专家。为每个试点行业聘请了国际行业专家，这些专家分别来自印度（水泥）、波兰（化肥）和荷兰（酒店和啤酒/酒精），从而使中方人员有机会了解国外相关行业的先进技术和环境保护战略。                                                                                           
In 1, capacity building training outcomes: 26 local experts, including pilot industry experts. For each pilot industry employs international industry experts, these experts are from India ( cement ), Poland ( fertilizer) and Holland (hotel and beer / alcohol ), so that the Chinese people have the opportunity to learn foreign advanced technology related industries and environmental protection strategy.
      2、示范成果：26家企业通过清洁生产审核示范工作，都取得了良好效果，不但产生和实施了较多清洁生产方案，同时也获得了较显著的环境和经济效益。每年获得经济效益均超出投资的数倍。                                                                      
In 2, the demonstration results: 26 enterprises through cleaner production auditing demonstration work, have achieved good results, not only produce and implement more clean production scheme, but also get a remarkable environmental and economic benefits. Every year obtains economic benefits are beyond investment several times.
      3、推广成果：清洁生产审核指南对帮助这四个行业推行清洁生产提供了明确和具体的技术指导，开拓了中国在产业部门深入推行清洁生产的新路子。本项目在酒店业中开展的清洁生产审核，以及编制的酒店业的清洁生产自我审核指南，第一次将清洁生产审核扩大到第三产业。
