组织机构变革需要解决好的四个结构

企业组织架构设计没有固定的模式,根据企业生产技术特点及内外部条件而有所不同。但是,组织架构变革的思路与章法还是能够借鉴的。

职能结构,一项业务的成功运作需要多项职能共同发挥作用,因此在组织架构设计时首先应该确定企业经营到底需要哪几个职能,然后确定各职能间的比例与相互之间的关系。

层次结构,即各管理层次的构成,也就是组织在纵向上需要设置几个管理层级。
