2024年4月15日，ISO认证咨询服务网 www.cnqr.org获悉佛山照明与佛山市南海区中城数字城市促进中心签订战略合作协议，共同为智慧城市的国际标准化工作建设贡献力量。现场联合发布国际标准ISO/TR 37178《Smart community infrastructures- Data exchange and sharing for lamppost network in smart community》（简称“国际标准ISO/TR 37178”），推动城市运行系统中应用的软硬件“标准化”，加快智慧城市建设步伐。
On April 15, 2024, the ISO certification consulting service website www.cnqr. org learned that Foshan Lighting and the Zhongcheng Digital City Promotion Center in Nanhai District, Foshan City have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly contribute to the international standardization work of smart cities. On site joint release of the international standard ISO/TR 37178 "Smart community infrastructure - Data exchange and sharing for lamppost network in smart community" (referred to as "International Standard ISO/TR 37178"), promoting the standardization of software and hardware applications in urban operation systems and accelerating the pace of smart city construction.
此次合作双方将围绕智慧城市基础设施——智慧照明项目深入推进，聚焦智慧养老、智慧园区、智慧社区、智慧交通等主要应用场景的信息通信技术，实现城市各功能系统间的信息共享和业务协同，推进产品智能化、产业高端化发展。
This cooperation will focus on the smart city infrastructure - smart lighting project, focusing on information and communication technology in major application scenarios such as smart elderly care, smart parks, smart communities, and smart transportation, achieving information sharing and business cooperation among various functional systems in the city, and promoting the development of intelligent products and high-end industries.

国际标准化组织ISO TC 268 SC1副主席万碧玉博士表示，数据交换与共享是实现智慧城市互联互通、高效运行的关键所在。本次与佛山照明共同研制的国际标准ISO/TR 37178是标准化合作的重点成果。该标准围绕数据规范、安全防范、设备通融等方面，对智慧杆的数据要求、技术手段、技术接口等进行规范要求，有效解决智慧城市基础设施数据交换和共享问题，弥补国际标准的技术空白。
Dr. Wan Biyu, Vice Chairman of ISO TC 268 SC1 of the International Organization for Standardization, stated that data exchange and sharing are the key to achieving interconnectivity and efficient operation of smart cities. The international standard ISO/TR 37178 jointly developed with Foshan Lighting is a key achievement of standardization cooperation. This standard focuses on data specifications, security precautions, equipment integration, and other aspects, regulating the data requirements, technical means, and technical interfaces of smart poles, effectively solving the problem of data exchange and sharing in smart city infrastructure, and filling the technical gap in international standards.
