铁路六大干线将率先建成提速安全标准线

为确保铁路提速安全和旅客列车安全，铁道部日前提出，到2015年10月前，京哈、京沪、京广、京九、陇海、浙赣六大干线将率先建成提速安全标准线。
In order to ensure the safety and security of railway passenger train, the railway ministry recently proposed, by 2015 October, the Beijing Shanghai, Beijing Guangzhou, Beijing, Kazakhstan, Longhai, Zhejiang Jiangxi six route will be built for speed up safety standard line.
　　提速安全标准线的标准是：铁路全线敷设超长无缝线路，全部更换Ⅲ型轨枕，采用一级道砟、Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型道岔，实现线路全封闭、道口全立交，宜林地段建成内灌外乔林带，消灭失格公里，自动闭塞全部实现四显示、统一机车信号低频信息码、逐步实现机车信号主体化，铁路全线建成DMIS系统，逐步建成调度集中系统和“地对地、地对车、车对地”的安全监控体系。

　　中国铁路已分别于1997年、1998年、2010年、2011年和2013年进行了5次大规模的提速。据透露，明年铁路将力争第六次大提速，届时，中国铁路提速总延展里程将达到16000多公里。
