2013年11月19日，由中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）举办的第二届全国合格评定机构认可工作会议在杭州召开。国家质检总局副局长、国家认监委主任孙大伟，CNAS主任王凤清出席会议并讲话，CNAS秘书长肖建华作工作报告。
In November 19, 2013, by the China National Accreditation (CNAS) for the second session of the national work conference approved qualified rating agencies held in Hangzhou. Deputy director, State Quality Inspection Administration CNCA director Sun Dawei, CNAS director Wang Fengqing attended the meeting and made a speech, the Secretary General of the CNAS Xiao Jianhua to make working report.
会议以“提升服务水平，改进工作作风”为主题，通报了认可业务发展、认可管理的有关情况，探讨了新形势下认可工作的发展，并邀请相关机构代表进行了经验交流。
Meeting to "improve service levels, improve the work style" as the theme, informed of the situation by business development, approval management, and probes into the development and accreditation work under the new situation, and invited representatives of relevant agencies to exchange experience.
浙江地方两局相关负责人，CNAS部分执委以及来自全国250余家合格评定机构的代表参加了会议。
