日前从国家标准委获悉，由中国、日本联合承担的国际标准化组织水再利用技术委员会（ISO/TC282）秘书处目前正在组建中。
Recently from the national standards committee was informed that, jointly undertaken by China, Japan and theinternational organization for standardization of Water Reuse Technology Committee (ISO/TC282) Secretariat is currently being set up in.
据悉，成立该委员会的提案由中国、日本和以色列向ISO联合提交。
It is reported, the establishment of the Commissionproposal from China, Japan and Israel to the ISO joint submission.
ISO技术管理局批准成立的联合秘书处由中国、日本承担，委员会主席由以色列承担。

该技术委员会的工作范围是各种形式和各种目的的水再利用方面的标准化，涵盖了集中分散式、现场的、直接、间接等水再利用，包括技术、经济、环境和社会方面的水再利用，涉及吸收、运输、处理、存储、分配、消耗、排水和其他处理等一系列操作环节。
The technical committee of the scope of work is the various forms and various water reuse standard,including distributed, on-site, direct, indirect water reuse,including technical, economic, environmental and socialwater recycling, transportation, processing, relates to theabsorption, storage, distribution, consumption, drainageand other treatment and a series of operations.
据介绍，联合国世界水资源开发报告指出，到2030年，全球城镇人口比例会增加到近2/3，城市用水需求激增，将有20亿人口居住在棚户区和贫民窟，清洁用水和卫生设施是这些城市贫民的最大需求。另有国际权威机构调查结果表明，供水危机在未来10年全球5大风险的可能性和影响分析排列中位于前列。

2011年3月，ISO成立了水专项小组。日本工业标准委员会于2012年7月举办国际研讨会，22个国家的150多名专家提出100多条建议，会议筛选出14个优先权项目，其中水再利用列在第二位。
In 2011 March, ISO set up a special group of water.Japanese Industrial Standards Committee organized the international workshop in 2012 July, put forward 100suggestions of more than 150 experts from 22 countries,the meeting identified 14 priority projects, including water reuse in the second.
在2013年5月在美国举行的36届太平洋地区标准大会上，我国深圳海川公司标准总监黄永衡所作的报告中，重点介绍了中国、日本和以色列联合提出在ISO组建水再利用技术委员会的提案。今年6月举行的ISO第57次技术管理局会议，批准了水再利用领域的新技术委员会，并将处理的废水再利用于灌溉的技术委员会工作合并到该委员会中。
