2013年1月1日起，食品企业即将迎来行业新要求的施行，新要求包括国家强制标准《预包装食品营养标签通则》（GB28050-2011）、国家强制标准《食品营养强化剂使用标准》（GB14880-2012）、国家质检总局关于进口食用植物油检验监管工作要求等。

对现有进口食品贸易企业、国外发货人及生产商而言，这些新要求将会对其产品的检验检疫周期和流程有较大影响。

为保障消费者利益，积极稳妥落实国家标准及国家质检总局要求，检验检疫部门提醒从事进口食品贸易企业、国外发货人及生产商须提前积极应对，避免损失，建议从两方面采取措施。

一是加强标准相关内容学习。

《预包装食品营养标签通则》明确规定营养标签的强制标示内容、营养成分的名称及顺序、标示单位等内容。

企业应配备具有食品专业知识背景人员制作食品标签，确保所制作的营养标签符合要求，避免因数值修约或标示单位等差错影响报检资料受理时限。

二是切实履行营养标签质量第一责任人职责。

卫生部明确规定，进口企业是营养标签质量第一责任人，须对营养标签数据的准确性负责。

企业应积极与食品生产厂商沟通，及时、全面向境外发货人或生产商通报国家标准及相关要求内容，明确厂商确定营养标签数值的方法，提交相关检测报告或计算方法，从源头上确保营养标签数据符合标准要求。
