The ISO management system, the Chinese delegation to attend the international conference knife mark appointcutter standard
ISO/TC29（小工具）第24次会议于2013年5月17日在德国柏林DIN总部召开，受ISO/TC29秘书处以及会议组委会的邀请，经中国国家标准化管理委员会批准，并向ISO中央秘书处注册，由全国刀具标准化技术委员会组织中国刀具标准代表团代表中国参加了会议，代表团由全国刀具标准化技术委员会主任委员商宏谟、秘书长查国兵等七名成员组成。参加这次会议的有法国、德国、英国、中国、美国、瑞典、日本等7个国家，24名代表。
ISO/TC29 (small) twenty-fourth meeting at DINheadquarters in Berlin, Germany in May 17, 2013, by theISO/TC29 Secretariat and the conference organizing committee's invitation, approved by the China National Standardization Management Committee, and registeredto the ISO Central Secretariat, by the NationalStandardization Technical Committee of China standardorganization tool cutter standard delegation of Chinaattended the meeting, representatives of group by the National Standardization Technical Committee of cutter standard chairman Shang Hongmo, Secretary Cha Guobing and other seven members. There are 7 countries France, Germany, Britain, China, the United States of America, Sweden, Japan, to attend the meeting,24 representatives.
会议主要内容有：ISO/TC29秘书处工作报告、上次会议的决议跟踪报告、ISO/TC29/SC2、ISO/TC29/SC5、ISO/TC29/SC8、ISO/TC29/SC9、ISO/TC29/SC10等5个分会的秘书处工作报告、ISO/TC29/WG33、ISO/TC29/WG34、ISO/TC29/WG37等3个工作组工作进展汇报、国际标准复审结果汇报、下次会议的建议等，最后形成了本次会议的决议。
The main contents of the meeting are: ISO/TC29Secretariat report, the last meeting tracking report,ISO/TC29/SC2, ISO/TC29/SC5, ISO/TC29/SC8,ISO/TC29/SC9, ISO/TC29/SC10 5 branch of theSecretariat report, ISO/TC29/WG33, ISO/TC29/WG34,ISO/TC29/WG37 3 group work progress, internationalreview of standard results, the next meeting of therecommendations, finally the formation of the conferenceresolution.
在会议决议跟踪报告中，对SC2(高速钢刀具及其附件)和SC9（硬切削材料刀具）的标准归口管理作了重大调整。新的归口范围为：SC2只负责管理接口、工具系统、附件等方面的标准，SC9负责所有带切削刃的刀具标准，对这重大变化，中国刀具标准代表团经过讨论投了赞成票。
In the conference resolution tracking report, the SC2(high-speed steel cutting tools and accessories) and SC9(hard cutting tool materials) standard management made major adjustments. Under the new range: SC2 is only responsible for the management interface, tool system,accessories and other aspects of the standard, SC9 is responsible for all with cutting edge tool of this standard,great changes in China, cutter standard delegation votedthrough discussion.
中国刀具标准代表团非常重视这次国际会议，在出团之前就向各团员分发了会议文件，要求大家认真仔细地学习，领会精神。在会议的前一天晚上，代表团又进行预备会议，对会议内容逐项逐条讨论，并对如何参加会议、如何发言、如何表决等细节问题作了周密的安排，有了这些准备，会议进行的非常顺利，取得圆满成功。

中国已经近30年没有参加过这样的会议了，日常的国际标准化工作都是通过信件、电子邮件等方式进行，对于会议召开的方式、各国代表团成员等等都不了解，这次中国刀具标准代表团抱着向国际标准化专家学习的态度参加会议，学习他们的工作理念和管理理念。通过参加这次会议，代表团一致认为收获很大，学到的东西很多。从会议的进程以及茶歇间的交流中看出，会议组委会和国际标准化专家都非常欢迎中国代表团能参加ISO/TC29的这次会议，中国的参会使得会议更加圆满。
