日前，由清华大学建筑学院建筑技术科学系江亿院士，以及副教授魏庆芃和副教授刘晓华等主持完成的国际标准组织（International Standard Organization, ISO）标准《ISO 12655:1013 Energy performance of buildings -- Presentation of measured energy use of buildings》(建筑物的能量性能 -- 测量的建筑用能数据表述国际标准)正式颁布实施，目前可通过ISO官方网站下载。

Recently, by the construction of School of architecture of Tsinghua University science and Technology Department of Jiang billion, the international standard organizationand associate professor Wei Qingpeng and associate professor Liu Xiaohua, presided over the completion of(International Standard Organization, ISO ISO12655:1013 Energy performance) standard "of buildings -Presentation of measured energy use of buildings"(international standard data representation by buildingenergy performance -- Measurement of building) formally promulgated and implemented, is currently available for download through the official website of ISO.

该标准是在建筑节能领域由中国科学家主持编制完成的第一项ISO标准。

ISO 12655于2008年4月在国际标准组织163技术委员会南京全体大会上讨论通过立项，历时5年，经苏黎世、首尔、悉尼、芝加哥、拉罗谢尔、代尔夫特等6次工作会议和全体大会讨论修改，25个成员国4轮投票后，最终获得通过并颁布实施。
