企业年检费等33项收费8月停收，附将取消和免征的33项收费名录

2013-07-01下午，财政部通报称，自8月1日起，在全国统一取消和免征企业年检费、利用档案费、外国涉港澳台公证书工本费等33项行政事业性收费。
2013-07-01 afternoon, the Ministry of Finance informed that, since August 1st, the national unity and the abolition of the exemption of enterprise annual inspection fee, usefile charges, foreign related fee for Hong Kong and Macaonotarization of 33 administrative charges.
自2013年8月1日起，取消外国律师事务所办事处申请手续费和年检费、船舶证明签证费、船舶申请安全检查复查费、海事调解费、企业年度检验费、绿化费、利用档案收费等31项行政事业性收费，同时免征水生野生动物资源保护费和陆生野生动物资源保护管理费两项收费。
Since August 1, 2013, cancel the offices of foreign law firmsapplication fee and annual fee, visa fee, the ship proved for ships safety inspection review fees, maritime mediationfees, corporate annual inspection fees, green fees, use filecharges of 31 administrative charges, exemption fromaquatic wild animal resource protection and terrestrialwildlife protection animal resources management fees of two charges.
财政部要求，上述行政事业性收费取消和免征后，有关部门和单位依法履行管理职能所需相关经费，由同级财政预算予以保障。其中，行政机关和财政补助事业单位的经费支出，通过部门预算予以安排；自收自支事业单位的经费支出，通过安排其上级主管部门项目支出予以解决。对上述33项行政事业性收费，有关部门不得以任何理由拖延或拒绝执行，不得以其他名目变相继续收费。对不按规定取消或免征相关收费的，按有关规定给予处罚，并追究责任人员的行政责任。

Of the 33 administrative charges, the relevant departments shall not delay or refuse the execution for any reason, not to any other names in the to continue charging. For not complying with the provisions to cancel or from the relevant fees, shall be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions, and shall be subject to administrative responsibility personnel.
昨日，记者从北京有关部门了解到，此次“停收”的33项收费中，部分费用北京已经不再收取。以企业年检费为例，以往年检费用是50元，去年3月份，北京市工商局在全市范围内停收这项费用。
