国际标准化组织中医药技术委员会（ISO/TC 249）第四次年会5月20日至24日在南非德班召开，来自中国、美国、德国、日本、韩国、南非、澳大利亚等20多个国家的代表团参加了会议。由中国物品编码中心深圳分中心承担的国际标准工作项目《中医药编码系统》的第2至第4部分，在此次年会的工作组会议讨论中获得国内外专家委员的一致认可，获得通过并进入下一轮投票，这意味着深圳分中心的中医药编码国际标准化工作迈上一个新的台阶。
TCM Technical Committee of the international organization for Standardization (ISO/TC 249) fourth annual meeting in May 20th to 24 in South Africa held in Durban, China, the United States delegation from Germany, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Australia, more than 20 countries attended the meeting. ISO/TC 249成立于2009年9月，秘书处设在我国上海，由上海市中医药研究院承担。ISO/TC 249现任主席是澳大利亚人David Graham，原任澳大利亚医疗物品管理局（TGA）局长。目前，该TC有23个Ｐ成员（正式成员）国，10个Ｏ成员（观察员）国。截至目前，该TC已成立了5个工作组（WG），分别是WG1生药材及传统炮制、WG2中成药及制品、WG3针灸针、WG4除针灸针外的中医药设备、WG5中医药术语和信息。
The ISO/TC 249 was founded in 2009 September, the Secretariat is located in Shanghai of China, undertaken by the Shanghai Institute of traditional Chinese medicine. ISO/TC 249 is the current chairman of the Australian David Graham, a former Australian medical goods Administration (TGA) director. At present, the TC has 23 P members (member) of China, the 10 members of O's (observer). Up to now, the TC has established 5 working groups (WG), respectively is WG1 crude drugs and traditional Chinese medicine and products processing, WG2, WG3, WG4 acupuncture needle medicine equipment, in addition to the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture needle WG5 terminology and information.
随着国际社会对植物药研究的日益重视，各国都加大了对传统医药开发与利用的力度，特别是在植物药（草药）的研究方面取得了可喜的进展。因此，构建中药的编码规则，为每味中药配备一个“身份证”，从而形成国际化的中药编码系统，无论对于中药的贸易发展，还是人类的健康保障，都具有重要意义。深圳分中心近几年一直在参与中医药标准化工作，包括与深圳的卫生行政主管部门、中医药相关机构开展了多种交流与合作，先后参与编制了中医药方面的9个深圳市地方标准。不久前成立的深圳市中医药企业标准联盟，也是由深圳分中心承担秘书处工作，该联盟在促成中医药企业、行业组织、研究机构和政府主管部门汇聚资源，利用标准化手段构建中医药产业标准化、规范化和信息化的完整体系等方面将发挥引领和促进作用。

Shenzhen center in recent years have been involved in the standardization of Chinese medicine, including the administrative department of public health, traditional Chinese medicine related agencies and Shenzhen launched a variety of exchanges and cooperation, has participated in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine of the 9 Shenzhen local standard. Standard alliance of Shenzhen traditional Chinese medicine enterprises not long ago, by the Shenzhen Center for the work of the Secretariat, the alliance in promoting Chinese medicine enterprises, industry organizations, research institutions and government departments to collect resources, constructing TCM industry standardization, standardization and informatization by means of standardization of the complete system will play leading and promoting role.
今年二月由深圳代表我国向ISO提出的《中医药编码系统 第1部分：中药饮片的编码规则》获得了12个成员国的赞成票，成功立项。在此次德班会议上，该项目组向ISO/TC 249各专家介绍了此项工作的进展情况，顺利获批进入WD（工作草案）阶段。该次会上，深圳项目组还提出了另外三个提案，作为中医药编码系统的有机组成部分，包括《中医药编码系统 第2部分：中药饮片的编码》、《中医药编码系统 第3部分：中药饮片在供应链管理中的编码与表示》和《中医药编码系统 第4部分：中药方剂编码规则及其编码》。第3部分技术内容主要是GS1 标识系统在中药饮片中的应用，这一提案顺利通过，意味着GS1标准融入ISO标准有了新的进展。

Technical content part third is mainly used in GS1 identification system of the Chinese herbal medicine, the bill passed, means the GS1 standards into the ISO standard has made new progress.
在国内，中医药的标准化早已由政府主管部门、行业组织、医疗服务机构、企业和社会各界形成共识，各方面联合推动中医药标准化的力度在不断加大。国家中医药管理局发布《中医药标准化中长期发展规划纲要（2011年-2020年）》和《国家中医药管理局关于加强中医药标准化工作的指导意见》，为这项工作提出了新的更高要求；由商务部、国家中医药管理局、卫生部、教育部、财政部等14部委联合发布的《关于促进中医药服务贸易发展的若干意见》，对推动中药企业的转型升级，做强做大中药产业及服务贸易业的发展也具有重要意义。深圳具有改革开放、开拓创新的优良传统，在中医药标准化建设和国际化进程的工作中，同样应该有更大的贡献。深圳分中心将以前一阶段积极参与中医药国际标准化活动、参与中医药国际标准编制以及承担深圳中医药标准联盟秘书处等方面的良好实践为契机，进一步加大中医药标准化科研和应用推广的力度，为增加我国在国际中医药标准领域的话语权，为推动我国传统医药技术、产品和服务走向国际市场，做出更多的努力，做出更大的成绩。
